Reporting fraudsters operating through your site.

To whom it may concern,

I believe I have encountered a scam that uses your site. The name is Carol Young with the email address carolyoung2334@gmail.com. She claims to be hiring for Apogee Group LLC in Kennewick, WA but is trying to verify my identity through California unemployment. 

I’m concerned because I did provide personal sensitive information when I still thought it was a legitimate job posting. is there a way you can remove the information that might have been transmitted through your site? The url given to me is as follows:

Scammers using this form to steal identity information from renters seeking housing form.jotform.com/211312229756048 was the form submitted my information. when I questioned why send a code to a cell phone to verify my identity after I just uploaded my drivers license. I pray you all go after these people.
