    Hi guys- I can't log into my account anymore - can you see what the issue

    Your account was suspended due to your form(s) using copyright logo which is against our Terms Of Use.

    If you have the authority to use the logo, kindly provide the following information to reviewers@jotform.com with subject line Ticket #3249509.

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    3. Your corporate email. We will need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Hi guys,
    I'm trying to change the email address to
    sangeeta.devi@groundwiresecurity.com. But it's saying it's already in use.
    I tried to do a password reset on sangeeta.devi@groundwiresecurity.com and
    it give me this error. I had accidentally chosen sign up with Google - I
    suspect thats why the account got set up. Can I delete the
    sangeeta.devi@groundwiresecurity.com account, then assign this email
    address to this account?
