    DateTime entry

Asked by AbsoluteAVS on January 29, 2014 at 06:15 AM

Using a DateTime entry can I limit the period available.  I only want people to be able to pick times between 06:30am and 11:30pm.  Is this possible.  If not no problem.

    Kind regards,

    Ben Hodson

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please check out this demo, which is a copy of your form. I've inserted conditional rules to prevent someone from submitting a form with the time set outside 6.30 and 11.30.

Please note that your form has no AM or PM designators on the time field - this is because you have removed the afternoon section from your time:

    Here's the Demo:

Here are the rules I put in (use this guide to add them yourself):

    IF Time After "6:29"
    AND IF Time Before "11:31"
    AND IF Time Is Filled
    SHOW Submit

Please Enter a Time between 6.30 Am and 11.00 Am

I added the warning in red as a text field, which will be hidden according to the rules.

Please let us know if this helps.
