Incomplete values, go back to a lost formAsked by progresspicscom on January 29, 2014 at 07:42 AM
I have multiple page breaks on my form, and when someone has missed to fill in an area and klicks "send form", the mesasge reads Incomplete Values, go back to fixs with a link. When you click that link, all the filled in information is lost!
Is there any way to not lose the information if this happens, or to enforce that every area is filled in before being able to click next on a page break to ensure that this does not happen?
Thanks a bunch!
I tested your form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue. However, it is possible that some script conflict is happening between your form and your webpage and that allows that the form can be submitted with required fields with not values (empty) and that make the Imcomplete Values page to appear. So, to resolve that issue kindly reembed your form using iframe code, that will protect your form from script conflicts, please follow this guide: Gettting the form iFrame code
Now, to make sure that your form users do not loose their info if for some reason the page of the form is closed then you may enable the Save Form Entries to Continue Later, you can follow this guide to learn more about it: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature | Save Form Entries to Continue Later
