Why do my customers have to sign in with Google in order to fill out the form? Is there a way to turn this off?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! Typically, when users are prompted to log in prior to filling out a form, it is a function of the Form Access Settings. Please follow the process on the User Guide below to set your form as Public, and let us know if this issue persists - https://www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form

    Thank you!

I'm actually talking about a Google log in. It'll require my customers to
sign into their google account before viewing our form.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the follow-up! Were you able to check and ensure that this form is set to "Public". When a user who is not currently logged in tries to access a Private form, they will be prompted to log into, or create a JotForm Account. We present Google as the first option to log in/ create an account as this is the simplest and most secure login method for users who are already logged into a Google account within their browser.

If your users are still receiving this Google prompt after you set your form to Public, can you please provide us with the URL of the form that is being affected so that we can investigate this issue further?
