CAPTCHA Anti-Spam Verification

Recently, everyone that is asked to submit a response to one of our forms is required to verify they are a person through CAPTCHA. We use JotForm to collect routine data from our many employees. This new CAPTCHA requirement is causing a lot of frustration among our employees and slowing down submissions. Is there any way to limit this?

    Howdy Lindenmgt,

I see that you have over 150 forms in your account. Can you please confirm that the Captcha is appearing on forms that do not have a Captcha widget in place? If so you, most likely, have encountered the Anti-Spam Captcha. This is displayed when our system detects repeated submissions from the same IP address. Since you're employees are filling out the forms, that could trigger the Captcha if they're on the same network.

It is possible to disable the Anti-Spam Captcha, however this may leave your forms vulnerable to spam submissions. If you're certain that you would like this feature disabled, please reply with a confirmation and we will ask our back end team to make this adjustment to your account.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Thanks for your reply. Yes, this recently started appearing on all forms (non of which have the Captcha widget). At this time, we would like to disable the Anti-Spam Captcha.

Thanks so much for your help.

Thank you very much for that confirmation.

I have created a ticket to have this feature disabled on your account. Once this adjustment has been made you will be notified on this thread.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with!
