Basically when you answer all three of my questions and hit the submit button I want it to tell the user if an answer if incorrect and stop them from moving to the next webpage. Once all correct answers are choosen and the user hits the submit button it will direct them to the next page of the website.
I don't have the form embeded in my website yet but It's the only form under my account.

Hi, you can set up correct and incorrect questions with conditional logics.
1)All you need to do is add a two Text Fields below the questions, click on each one, and add "Correct and Incorrect":
2) Then Go to “Setup & Embed” and click "Conditions".
3) Click on "Show/Hide a form field"
This is how you can set up the condition for the correct answer:
And this is how it can be set up for the incorrect ones:
You can try my demo here. Hope this helps you, let us know if you need more help.

Awesome Thanks!! I got most of it figured out. The only place i'm getting stuck is how to specify to say incorrect when the wrong one is chosen I have the correct one working no problem.

All you need to do is to create a new condition to show "Incorrect" if the wrong answers are chosen. Here is the process on how to setup the conditions:

I know this is an older question, but it has helped me to partially create my form. I need one more condition - the Submit button should only be shown if the correct answer is selected. Can the "Submit" be included in the field containing "Correct" ??
I do not want the submit button to work unless the correct answer has been provided.
And this should run through a series of 7 questions - each requiring a correct answer to move forward.
Is that possible?
