I need help setting up an auto responder to the customer

    Hi guys


    I need some help setting up an auto responder so that when a customer buys one of our meal plans from our website they get an email response with the URL to download the diet in that email.


    Please can you help me do this?

    I've gone through the instructions that I was sent http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder 

    But this doesn't show me how the customer gets the auto reponse.

    Did you get as far as the image shown below?

    As shown below, the Recipient Email Field is an optional selection (red arrow)

    This allows you to select the email field on your form where the customer will fill out their email.

    Once they do, and have clicked 'submit' on their form, the email they supplied will be emailed.

    Does this clarify things? Please let us know.
