Is it possible do multiple legally binding signatures

We want to create a credit application form. Which will need to have 2 signatures if the applicant wants to do joint application. We want the joint applicant information field to appear only if the applicant chooses to do the joint application. There are few things we would like to be clear before we start.

Yes, you can have multiple e-signatures on your form. Please also note that electronic signatures are legally binding in almost all countries and states, but we still recommend consulting with your lawyer.
