Captcha Failing

We've tried both JotCaptcha and reCaptcha, and neither has worked to root out spam. We've received hundreds of spam responses. How is it that they are both failing so epically? Help!

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

There seem to be several forms under your account. Could you please provide us with the form URL in question so we can check?

We look forward to your response.

The form is called "Milwaukee Artists and Creatives Survey"

    Greetings, 👋

    Thanks for your reply.

Please, try to set unique submissions or limits on your form, you can check these guides:

How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form

How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question

Also, try to make your CAPTCHA visible or switch to JotCaptcha:

Thanks. We have had a "Check cookies only" Unique Submission set up from the beginning and that hasn't helped either.

    We have another question too.

For some reason many of our respondents have completed the survey without answering required questions. How is that possible? For example, question 1 is required but starting at 12:42 pm we started getting responses that didn't answer that question.
    Help!

    Hi again, 👋

    Thanks for your reply,

I have forwarded your question about data in the required field to another thread for avoiding any kind of confusion.

May we know the website where your form is embedded, if it is embedded, please?

Could you try embedding the form on your website using the iFrame code and check if still the captcha field is getting overlooked while filling the form: 👉 Getting the Form iFrame Code

We are preparing a report for our developers in order to check your situation. Also, may I ask you to provide us with the submission IDs of spam submissions?

    Looking forward to your reply,

    Alex
