I received an account disabled email but my account should not be getting suspended. I increased my form limit and havent exceeded that limit.
Please confirm that the email i received was not a confirmation of any changes to my account, rather an outdated attempt to follow up on previous notices regarding my limit.

We apologize for this inconvenience. However, after checking your account, I do not see any values that could get your account on an "Overlimit" status. Your account is completely active.
None of your Submission or Storage quota are beyond their limit.
