I was trying to make edits to one of our forms (2012 Volunteer Update). I can preview it, but when I click to make edits, the screen is blank. How do I access the form to make changes?

What is the domain when you access our website? I suspect you've been using jotform.com and after you click the edit button, you are redirected to jotform.us. Can you please check if this is what happen to your end?

By the way, you can also use jotformpro.com. You should be able to access this domain since you are a paid user.

We cannot see your last response for some reason. We request you to please post it on this thread instead http://www.jotform.com/answers/325096 so we can assist you further if that's a question.

So I just went here:
And all that comes up is a blank screen (this is after I’ve gone to “My Forms”, selected which form I want, and clicked the “edit form” option). I still can't see it to edit it?

It's blank because that was a copy and pasted assigned url with the form id prefix that has been witten and included in the address. To visit it you would need to remove that and only use the exhisting domain and just the numeric form id. You have to remove the " ?formID= " from it. It needs to be only http://www.jotformpro.com/13612602149/ which is the form's direct url link.
However, that will only display the live form and not the editable form which I believe you are seeking. You would still need to know which form it is. So in your case you mentioned it is " 2012 Volunteer Update " so you will need to visit the JotForm Pro address at http://www.jotformpro.com then log into your account. Now you should be able to click on " My Forms " and find it where you can now edit it.
