Password not accepted, reset not working

    Hello,

    I cannot log in my Jotform account with my username and password, and when i tried to reset the password clicking on the link i receive the following message. Issuing a new request just brings the same result over and over again.


    Reset code expired

    Password reset code has expired. Please issue a reset request again.

    Please reset the password this way:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password

    You can reset your account using the username DSMtournament.

    You must open the password reset link instantly as it expires after some time.

    Hi roneet, thank you for the answer, that is exactly the procedure i was following.

    The problem persists, i clicked on the link one millisecond after having received the email, and still got a "reset code expired" message.

    Any way around this?
