Problem with form and registration

    I have created a form the day before yesterday.

    It´s at

    You are asking me to upgrade to premium because I don´t have more room for answers to my survey, but only 20 persons had answered...I thought the limit was 100 for a free acccount

    I would like to upgrade my account but I don´t remember setting up a password and you don´t seem to have my account created...but my form was usable and now it says ´full quota´

    Please help!! People needs to answer the survey!!!

    Hi Estela,

    Glad to hear that you were able to find the solution to your problem. Indeed, registering an account gives you a higher submissions limit of 100 compared to 20 of a guest account.

    When the time comes that your form is getting more traffic and submissions, feel free to upgrade to a Premium or Professional subscription if you think you'll be exceeding the limit of 100 submissions. Exceeding your limits will render your form useless and 'un-submittable'.
