The logo has disappeared and the ability to add has as well

Hi,

I created a form yesterday and there was an option to add a logo. the form was designed with the logo and this morning its all disappeared including the function to add one.

Can you advise.

I have checked your form and seems like the logo URL is broken, that's why is missing and the option to add a new one doesn't show up either, you can replace it through the Form Builder, while placing the mouse over the section where the logo should be you will notice the mouse pointer changes, click on the section while the pointer changes and the wizard will be open for you to update it, here is a screen-cast about it:

I would recommend you to also make sure your image name doesn't contain spaces or special characters, kindly try using letters only.
