We would like to change the email address where the submissions is sent to. I have tried doing on the profile settings but is didn't change the email. Let me know. Thanks!

Changing your account email address doesn't automatically change your form recipient email address. Change it manually by following this guide: Finding out E-Mail Address Used for Submission Notifications.
