However, this morning I have heard from people who have submitted forms that emails are not being received after submission. Nothing has been changed on the forms so the email conditions etc should still be working fine.
We have also encountered a few problems when building forms that the system just keeps crashing momentarily?

Hi,
Thank you, I have checked the history and it does say it was sent, however it has not been received by the recipient.
I wanted to report given the issues we seem to have been having over the last two weeks or so.

I'm sorry but that doesn't explain.
It's a well used form with the email in use on a regular basis, the email is not incorrect, it is not within our SPAM or quarantine and it has not been put on/isn't on the block list.

I now have a more recent example.
The email recipient is hrforms@abcasystems.co.uk and the form is https://form.jotformeu.com/70682144511349
The history information is shown on the attached snip.

Thank you for your response.
Since the email notification was successfully sent from our system, it most likely that the email is being blocked on your end.
Please check your email filter rules. You can also try to use your own SMTP as sender email.

I have already checked the SPAM, quarantine and filter rules, and, if this has been received in at all to our email. It has not, as per my previous response.
This is one example, there have been other forms and emails this has happened with recently. Yet an hour or so later submission of the same form has seen an email fall into the inbox.
