Per a support comment on separate forum post, I'm posting a feature request. My need is to have multiple forms submit to the same dropbox folder. For instance, during a job interview process, people who move further along in the process are required to fill out more forms or submit files at different stages. As it stands right now, the form will create a folder titled as the Full Name (or other criteria) and will save files and form data (in a pdf) in that folder which is great but if I submit a different form or the same form again, it overwrites the old form data pdf and any files with the same file name.
If the form submission pdf and files could get a unique id/string appended to them before saving to dropbox, that would probably solve the issue. maybe just tack the submission time at the end of the filename?
Another nice feature that would partially solve the issue would be to enable creation of sub folders within the dropbox folders. If I'm not mistaken, right now you can only create a Top Level and Second Level folder but a third level based on specific form variables would be great. So something like: Top Level Folder > First Name > Portfolio Files
The only current workaround to keep my dropbox organized that I've found is to use the - extended folder title feature to create different folders called something like First Name - Step 1, First Name - Step 2 and so on. This works but isn't the cleanest approach.

Unique ID on the names is actually possible. Simply use Unique ID tool, it's under Widgets: https://www.jotform.com/help/79-Add-Custom-Unique-IDs-to-your-Form-Submissions. Then select it as part of the folder names during the dropbox integration.
Hope this helps. Regards!

Thanks for the quick reply. I saw that feature but I don't think it accomplishes what I need. What I'm needing is to have the same Submission Folder name for multiple forms. So if I have 3 different forms, all would submit to that same Submission Folder called [First Name] and the files and info submitted would have unique ids or names so that when the new forms are submitted the existing data and files don't get overwritten.

If I understand correctly, you are referring to the Root folder?
You can manually assigned the Dropbox root folder where all your forms integrated to DB will be sent.
The screenshot provided by our colleague EltonCris shows the root folder name.
Please inform us if this is not it.
