We are using this form to submit photos from crews in field operations. We are not receiving many of our photos and are not sure why yet.

The first photo is required in the form; however, as you can see from Location 10 and 11, we've received a second photo, but not a first photo - so far, we are unable to figure out why that would happen.

This is a critical operation for us where we need this data on a daily basis. I look forward to your help.

    Hi,

What kind of device and browser is being used for operations?

May I also ask the photos that aren't appearing, where the photos were taken using the device, or where they uploaded from the device?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Basil,

The photos are uploaded from their device

The device is a Samsung Galaxy Note10+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone.

Also, we have not been able to figure out how to fill out the form offline from a tablet - these tablets don't have a hotspot next to them or a cellular connection. We need to fill out the forms offline and then upload the data once we're next to a hotspot or WiFi connection.

Also, is there a way to batch download rows from Tables as PDF's?

    Hi,

The photos are uploaded from their device

Uploading photos from the device into the "Take Photo" widget, cause images to break, and they do not appear in the tables page.

I would suggest using the file upload widget if you are uploading images from the devices.

Also, we have not been able to figure out how to fill out the form offline from a tablet - these tablets don't have a hotspot next to them or a cellular connection. We need to fill out the forms offline and then upload the data once we're next to a hotspot or WiFi connection.

You should be able to use offline mode in the application to fill the forms offline.

What kind of error are you facing?

Also, is there a way to batch download rows from Tables as PDF's?

You can use the download all option, download as PDF to batch download your submissions as PDF.

If you want to download them in a table form, you need to use the CSV/Excel option.
