Will downgrading end my subscription immediately?

I'm writing in connection with a question I have in regards to my paid subscription. I have paid a yearly plan. If I cancel it today, will I still have access to it until the subscription expires? Or will I lose access?

Cancelling your account will prevent any future charges but your account will not return to the free Starter tier until the end of your subscription term.

If you would like to cancel your account immediately, and receive a prorated refund, this must be processed by our support staff.
