It keeps showing that my username or password is incorrect , but after I changed the password it still can't login

do I need to change the password in order to log in again ? because just now you said that I can login but I tried and it still cannot login .... by the way may I know why when I changed creadit card it shows fail to change

There is a temporary issue in our system that is causing people to be unable to log in to their accounts.
