How can I transmit form data in JSON format using a Web token or secret key?

Can I receive assistance on setting something up that is absolutely critical to a partnership between my pharmacy and a doctor network?

I need to transmit patient data from a JotForm in JSON format to my doctor network. I have a little knowledge on using software like Zapier and Integromat. I have the doctor network's secret key or Web token but I need to know the formula on how to use that to transmit the data. Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated and I would be willing to enter into any subscription level to receive this help.
