hi im not receiving email notifications of filled in jot forms.

    Ive tried filling in and submitting a form on my website and ive also tried sending a test jotform email from the jotform builder on your website but we didnt recieve anything at all... please help

    Oh actually I've recieved them now but for some reason they took hours to come through.

    I have also checked our email logs and I did not find any issues.

    There are a number of reasons for getting delayed emails such as high traffic on JotForm's servers at the time you received your submissions, or there were some delays on transit or probably filter issues on your email service provider.  What I can suggest for now is to continue observing this.
