Signature field: Inlcude an IP Address of the signer

If I put a signature line on a form, how do we verify that it's a recorded signature? Usually there is an IP address or some other kind of authentication with the time stamp, etc.

Unfortunately, our signature field doesn't include the signer's IP address.

However, the submission itself includes the IP address of the signer/submitter. It can be found in the Inbox or Tables page of the form. Here's a guide on how-to-find-the-ip-addresses-of-form-respondents.
