JotForm API: Submissions API failing with 401

    Hello Jotforms team,


    We have suddenly started receiving an error when we are using the submission API: https://api.jotform.com/submission/. We are receiving this error intermittently (seems to go away after 1 hour of the submission).


    Error is 401: message: "You're not authorized to use (/submission/{submissionID}). 

    Can you please help us with the same?

    Greetings,

    I did some tests with the API but getting the submission via API seems to work on my end. Kindly try using a new API key with full access.  If the issue persists, I suggest you contact our API support team at api@jotform.com and our back-end team will gladly assist you.

    I am seeing the issue only in the first 40 minutes after a new submission has been made. Did you try out for new submissions?

    I just tried it with a new submission, unfortunately, I am also unable to replicate the issue.

    I have cleared your form cache in hopes that it helps.
