Is it possible to download and print the date received including the original paragraphs on the form.

I recently created a form on my account that requires employees to sign off on each prompt. I was hoping to be able to print the signed documents including the prompts. Is that possible? I noticed when i received the results it only shows me the signature but does not inform me which prompt that the signature is assigned too. Would it be possible to print or download a document that includes both?

I need to see the paragraphs and the answers at the same time in order to print them. Is that possible?

To achieve this, you can add fields from the Form Fields dropdown while you are modifying the paragraph:

This will add the field's unique name to the text:

Once you preview or download the submission, this will be replaced with the actual field value:
