Retrieve unsubmitted data.

    Hi,

Before we realized that forms with embedded iframe forms ONLY retain data submitted through the iframes and not through the main form (see attachment that shows how original form was set up), we had 7 people fill out the main form and submit through the iframe (which of course did not capture all the information they entered on the main form like their name and email address, etc).

I think I deleted the original form because the iframes were set up incorrectly, but the embedded form is here:

Is there any way you can identify the names, email addresses or phone numbers of those people who thought they registered? the only submission data we have for those people is the products they ordered. No name, no email, nothing else.

I would greatly appreciate your help!

    Thank you,

    Hi there,

As previously mentioned in this ticket, kindly note that it's unfortunately not possible to retrieve unsubmitted data. Fields should have been added to each embedded form instead of the main form, as you added Submit buttons to embedded forms unlike the main one.

    Your understanding is most appreciated.

Thanks Amin. Sorry to submit this question twice. For some reason I didn't see my first query had gone through.

    Have a great day -
