I was writing in a form and lost all text inside

Asked by ideafactory on January 29, 2014 at 11:48 PM

I was writing in the form called "Chapter 6" and got to a stopping point for the day, so i looked at the save button it said "auto saved" and i hit save again to be safe.. Later i went back to be sure the changes had worked but they were all gone.

    Hi,

Unfortunatelly, we will not be able to recover this.

As is now, your form was on a saved point where it was not able to save the texts you have added.

If this is the form http://www.jotform.com/40268128796161  -- I can see that it does not contain much text.

If you decide to redo this, I suggest you make handy also an existing text editor where you can just copy and paste a lot of texts/phrases in your form TEXT field.

Example, you can put first all the text in your Notepad and save. Then open the form builder, add the TEXT field. Fill in the TEXT field by just copying you already existing texts from the Notepad file.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
