    Where to view uploaded file?

    Asked by maccas on January 30, 2014 at 01:26 AM

    On my form I have 2 fields that allows a user to upload a file/image. Where can I view this file that has been uploaded? When I look into "View Submission", all the forms details are there with the exception of the 2 uploaded files. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    In the Submissions page viewer, you need to uncheck the option "Auto hide Empty Fields" so that even those fields that are not answered will be show.

    Your form https://www.jotform.com/40290569574462  so far have no uploaded files. Take not that the upload fields in your form are not set as *Required fields,  meaning the form can be submitted even if the user did not upload any files.

    Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonothan,

    On 2 out of 3 submissions I have uploaded a photo as part of the submission and they do not show up on the backend on jotform. Any answer why?

    Thanks.

    @maccas

    Hello, I've tested your form here but I am unable to reproduce the problem. I can see the uploaded files on your form submissions page.

    Can you please test it again? Did you make an actual submissions with your form with files uploaded into it? If you could provide steps on how to reproduce the identified problem, we'd be glad to check it here.

    Thank you!
