JotForm add-on to create narrative report?

In addition to creating form, I would like to have the collected data entered into a template which will be part of my narrative report.  I know that my colleagues do this with Google Form and Form Publisher Add-on. So is there an add-on for Jot Form?

May I ask where are you creating your template so we may check if there is an integration that can push the data from JotForm to such third-party app?

no, a PDF would not work. Can Jot Form go to Google Sheets which can then
integrate with Form Publisher to give me a Google Doc or Word document that
I can edit? Or Jot Form to Excel where I can then use Form Tool to give me
editable document?
