credit card not working, not linking to account

    To clarify, you're trying to upgrade your subscription but it is not working when using credit card?

    Please try to login on another web browser and let us know how it goes?

    May we know also the error you receive when upgrading the subscription?

    May we know if you're upgrading to the Bronze,Silver or Gold in a monthly or yearly basis?
