I would like an additional notification email to be sent when a member of staff sets a status to dispatched.
For example: Somebody has filled out a request for a free sample box. Is there a way of allowing staff to go to submissions and tick a 'Parcel dispatched' button on submissions.
When the status is set to sent is it possible to set a condition so that an email is then sent with the current time and date that the item was set to dispatched.

Yes, You can do that using a Condition to send an Email Notificaton based on if a box or other action is done to trigger this. This uses your Email Notifications and also Conditional Logic. You can refer to this guide here http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection to help you with that more.

So I take it the staff will need to go back into the submission and change a hidden tick box or something on them lines?
Is there also a way of being able to bulk change the dispatched button for many submissions

Yes, that is correct. For your related question did you mean to change them say all at once per say for many submissions as your bulk or? I'm not so sure that I understood what you meant by that? If it was what I just said though then no unfortunately not. You would have to manually edit and flag them one by one so that they become marked as dispatched.
