I’m trying to change the recipient email address and it keeps going to back to my default account email.
I have followed the steps on your FAQ’s and it still doesn’t change??

I haven’t uploaded anything to give you a URL yet as the form isn’t working when I hit the test email button within the form creation page.

Upon checking your form, I found out that there is no submission/entry submitted, which means that you are only using "Test Email" button found on the notification wizard. Right? If so, I just want to clarify that using or clicking "Test Email" button found on the notification wizard, it will ONLY send emails to the email address that is associated to your Jotform account (the Primary email address).
In order to see if the notifications are being sent correctly, just simply open your form on "live mode" (click on "Preview") , fill out the form and submit a test-entry. You should get the notifcation on the specified email address.
