Hi,
We tried using the Zendesk integration and wanted to create a ticket with the responses from the JotForm. However, it seems to only allow us to create a public comment on the ticket which then notifies the customer via Zendesk that a new ticket has been created.
Is it possible to have the 1st comment created by JotForm private / internal note?

Hi there - I'm afraid we have no control over which Zendesk fields can be set as private/internal notes. You may consider reaching out to Zendesk Support if that can be possible in their platform.
