    Form does not send email alerts

    Hi!

    My forms has not sent an email alert since 1/8/2014. Could you look at it and see what the problem might be please. Here is the address https://secure.jotformpro.com/isucu/sign

     

    I also have 2 more similar forms going to the same email address and those are working fine. Here is an example of one: https://secure.jotformpro.com/isucu/opt_in

    I took a look at the issue you mentioned but I am currently not seeing anything wrong on our end. Your notification is setup correctly and your email(s) are not in our bouncelist. I also checked your submissions history just to be certain and I can see you've received many submissions since then with the latest being as as of earlier today on 1/30/2014. I checked our mail log and it is currently indicating that the emails are going out as they normally should.

    You may want to check up with your Email Hosting Provider along with looking in your spam folder to make sure they didn't go there or get filtered anywhere else possibly.     That’s strange, because we are not getting the emails only from this particular form but I can see all the submissions through JotForms…

    Hello Olga,

    Have you already tried deleting your notification alert and adding it again. Sometime it does help.

    I have added one more notification alert in your form with the same "Recipient email". I have also cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission.

    Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
