Is there a way to have the form only accessed once per person?

I have an election coming up for a large healthcare organization. We are searching for a platform that will collect votes anonymously, but we want to be sure that people will only be able to vote once using a link that we provide them.

Any help you could provide would be amazing!

There's no way to control how many can view your form. What you can control is how many times they can submit the form.
