Hello, I tried to upgrade my account to a paid one today but I got logged out and been unable to login since then. I checked my bank statement and saw $0.00 credit payment from jotform, no money was debited. I attached screenshots of the error page and the jotform transaction on my statement to this email.
Kindly assist with this.
