For credit card payments I selected my payment types to include Visa, MC, Amex and Discover but when my customers try to use Amex or Discover they get the message "Payment type not supported". For those customers who contact me I have to send them directly to PayPal to use these payment methods.
I have PayPal Website Payments Pro so why is this happening?

The Accepted Credit Cards option affects only the images being displayed on the form.
Kindly contact Paypal Support to learn how to set the accepted credit card types for your merchant account.
