    Dear JotForm we are having A problem with Our application forms because of a previous mistake on what may be the reason of this matter. we would like to apologize for our miss understanding with using your product we would like to no why this may have happen and what we can do to not let this happen again we would love to continue with your services and will be upgrading our services to take advantage of more of jotforms great monthly plan deals soon. so thank you and god bless
