How to limit registration by date?

Is it possible to limit the number of registration based on a date selection?

You can create a show and hide condition that if certain date is selected, the submit button would be hidden.

Thank you for that information, unfortunately that's not what I was looking for.

I would like to include on the form multiple training dates, but if for example 20 people have already signed up for that date, it would not allow additional submissions. The user would have to select a different date option. Is that possible?

I think your requirement is possible with Appointment field. You can try the Group with Maximum attendee per time slot.

On my sample screenshot, once the time slot has 5 attendees, it will be disabled or greyed out.

Please try that and see if that works for you.
