Hello, I have been having an issue where I am not able to view/open any of the submissions that were received through Jotform. When I click on the "View Submissions" tab to check the submitted forms, the list does not come up at all. I am not able to check any new forms submitted or previous forms that were submitted (please see attached screenshot). This issue is critical when receiving new intake forms for our new patients. The same issue has been persistent since last week, and I can't continue to just wait for the issue to be resolved anymore. Please advise on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon and thank you for your assistance.
