I have two forms that are using the pull-down list feature. This morning I went into the form to add some options to those list items. According to the online help and my past experience, menu items were to be separated by a new line. When clicking on the Options field to edit the contents of the pull-down menu, the options are re-formated immediately to a paragraph format. It seems when I actually edit, the new lines are stripped out. When this happens, you're only presented with one item in the pull-down as the stripping of the new line removes any separation between list items.
I've tried this across Firefox 4 and Chrome this morning. I'd done most of my form work in Firefox, but recently switched to Chrome as my primary browser. I thought perhaps the issue might be with Chrome, but I found the same behavior in Firefox.
Once the options are entered, everything appears to work fine, the list items are only reformatted when you attempt to edit the list.

Edit your options by clicking the Options button in the toolbar instead of right-clicking the dropdown field and choosing Properties.
Editing the list using this method preserves the separation between your list items. You can add and remove items without fear of having the list reformatted again as what you have experienced when using the other method.
