    upgrading the account

    Hi  Yesterday i connected 2 accounts of mine. The Redaktor and the COEx account. 

    On Redaktor account i have Premium Account witch was renev few weeks ago

    Now because i merge the accounts i would like to update it to the economy profile.

    How to update it and pay only for the upgrading account about 10 bucks monthly and not 20

    Hi,

    You've mentioned that the account Redaktor has been renewed a few weeks ago. However, I don't see a new payment made for this account. I only see a subscription record which is Premium Bi-Yearly made on November 20, 2013 (Ref#: 4760221). Is this the payment you made for?

    The account COEx has been upgraded to Premium Yearly on February 7, 2013 (Ref#: 43858179) but cancelled a few hours ago, and the subscription would end on February 7, 2014.

    Do you mean to upgrade the account Redaktor and credit the remaining days of the account COex so you will only pay half of the Economy Payment?  Only a few days left for the COEx subscription so I think that is not possible, but we can make the adjustments such as adding the days to the new payment.

    By the way, you mean to change the subscription of the account Redaktor from Premium Bi-Yearly to Economy Monhtly, right? Please confirm.

    HI I already pay for the subscription yes maybe it was in november. BUt couldynt i change that subscription form november to higher plan. and pay only half the price of the updating of the account.

    No i just connected 2 account witch would be premium accounts. And i decide that it will be better to have only one account.

    So i would like to have one account economy not two accounts premium.

    So if i pay for the premium account in november could you charge me for only the half price of the economy plan today  And it will be ending like the redaktors date of the purchase ?

    The Economy subscription will be $19.95

    Please make sure you have opened a fresh session in your account Redaktor , then go to Pricing page and upgrade to Economy

    So even when i have 2 accounts on Premium Plan and would like to merge them and connect in one. I will still have to pay separetly $19.95 for the upgrade ?

    Im using jotform from years now. And im telling to everyone how great is the jotform form maker. 

    And still even when i bought recently bi year subscription i have to pay it double >?

    So you know i think i would like to get back my 2 accounts and still pay them premium price.

    Cause now paying 19.95 + 9.95 i already payed to jot form is not fair and no sense to me. And then when my bi yearly plan will finish i will merge them and create one account ?

    Is' it seems to be not fair to you ?

    Your yearly subscription  BlueSnap Account Id: 41303780 is now related to that account, it wasn't before and as we checked in the system, the system made an update and found nothing triggering the account back to free, but I've fixed this problem.

    Ok, we can switch any account to Economy,  this would trigger a charge if you want the switch to a yearly plan, so  can you please let us know if you wish to switch on yearly or monthly status?

    As far as I understand, you want Redaktor upgraded, while COEx to be set back to free. If we set this last one back to free a pro-rated refund would be involved

    I got 2 accounts and would like to merge them bacause having 2 accounts witch are Premium instead of having one Economy is illogical.

    Because the accounts have separete dates of buy we were using them separetly. 

    Today the date of the one year economy is finishing so i was thinking i can change 2 accounts of premium into one economy.

    But i recently pay jotform 139$ so it would be nice if u change my payment into economy account and i will pay onlu for the remaining price.

    And you would charge me 210.5 for the remaining price of the biyearly account economy on account redaktor and counting it from november.

    Upon upgrading  Redaktor to Economy , the system has triggered an automated pro-rated charge of $224.23, because it discounts the days the account remained on Premium status since Nov 20,2013

    We cannot "merge" accounts into one paid subscription.

    However, as COEx  subscription is already canceled which means it won't renew, the account is scheduled to automatically get back to free on Feb 07, but we can move all the forms from it to Redaktor

    Please confirm this last step and we will glad to assist you
