Wie entferne ich die Recaptchures? Könnten Sie mich bitte auf die Whitelist stellen?

    Wir verwenden Jotform auf all unseren Landingpages und arbeiten auch schon lange mit Jotform zusammen.

    Leider ist mir grade aufgefallen, dass auf allen usneren Jotforms recapchures aktiv sind, obwohl diese nicht in den Einstellungen der Formulare aktiviert oder hinzugefügt worden sind.

    Ich habe einen ähnlichen Fall gefunden: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2410225-form-submission-recaptcha-is-displaying-after-submitting-the-form


    Hier wurde es gelöst durch das hinzufügen auf die Whitelist.

    Wir benötigen hier schnelle Hilfe, da wir unseren gesamten Neukundenverkehr über Jotforms generieren.

    Are you submitting the form multiple times? Please note that our system will automatically add a captcha field when multiple submissions are received from the same IP address in a short period of time to prevent spam submissions.

    Please provide us the links of the forms and IP addresses to which the issue is related, and we will ask our developers to whitelist them.

    its on nearly all our active Forms.

    We test our Funnels & Forms regulary a few Times a day.

    Can the developer pls whitelist our account? We have big issues.

    We cannot afford to have this problem any longer. we already have a loss of more than 30.000€ because our Conversion is down.

    We have a big marketing Team with several devises and more than a dozen active Jotform. We need help here very fast. If that problem isnt solved in the next 2 hours we have to switch our form software, this problem causes a lot of financial loss!
