Which plan do I need?

I want a form to do the following depending on cost:

Option 1: Collect bank account information and uploaded image of driver's license

Option 2: Collect bank account information or credit card information and uploaded image of driver's license

Can you tell me which plans and options I need to look at to be safe and secure?

The bronze package looks right for numbers. Can I do everything else I need with that plan?

However, collecting bank account information and credit card information violates our terms of service. For more detailed information on our terms of use, please check the link below. Can I have user upload photo of the driver's license securely using your product?

Unfortunately, collecting sensitive information such as SSN, driver's license, a government-issued license is not allowed on our forms. For other files that do not contain sensitive information, we have File Upload field you can use to collect files on your form.
