PDF's and notifications

    We are not receiving the PDF's nor notifications that we were receiving before we instituted the HIPPA compliant format. I have changed all the settings for each form, done a secure password, and checked for bounced emails addresses, however we are still unable to receive.

    This goes for all of our forms. the most critical is Prescription Request from and the New Patient Forms (3).
