    I would like to be able to export all the Incomplete Payment submissions to an Excel or CSV file

    I would like to be able to export all the Incomplete Payments posts to excel or .csv - is that possible?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we do not have such capability that can allow you to download the incomplete submissions as Excel or CSV just as the same as the complete submissions.

    I have opned a feature request ticket for this capability. In case that feature can be implemented you will receive the update in this thread.

    Hello.

    I think this is a MUST. It's a very important feature, I don't understand why don't you tought on it in the first place.

    I've implemented this form for an event with a payment process for admission, we expect to have 300 people. We have now 27 paid participants/147 incomplete payments, and the incomplete payments dialog is useless with a text plain column. At least split the fields into columns. If I have 20-30 fields in my form, can you imagine how much time is to copy-paste an split all the fields into a spreadsheet and call them one by one to see if they had a problem with the registration?

    Jotform is amazing and saved me days of work, but I'm spending all that saved time (and money from my subscription) with your service just to fix this problem...

    I think this isn't taking much time from you to resolve. You have the same functionality in completed payments.

    Many people ask for this feature since the last year, are you sure you listen carefully to your customers?

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvinience.

    Yes, you are quite right - It is an important feature.

    I have updated the feature request to reflect your feedback.

    If you do not mind this workaround (its not exactly ideal)- perhaps you can try it in the meantime:

    1. Download all your completed submissions - then delete them from the submissions panel

    2. Open your incomplete payments, and mark them all as "Complete Submissions"

    3. Download these as the incomplete payment batch.

    We shall update this thread upon deliberation of the feature request.

    Hello Titus.

    I did what you said carefully. I made a backup of the completed submissions, deleted from the submissions panel, BUT now I don't have any incomplete payments... this steps made me erase ALL data, not just the completed submissions, so I can't mark any of them as complete.

    So, step 1 on "Delete All Submissions from the submissions panel" deletes not just completed, but incompleted as well.

    I could be in a real problem if I don't recover this incomplete submissions. Please tell me they are somewhere in your servers...

    Did you test this steps earlier before telling me?

    I would be interested in having a way to include incomplete payments in the standard reports.  I would like to send my client a link to the list of people who have signed up for their meeting, but my client also needs to be able to see who didn't submit payment.  If I have to log in to Jotform and create that report each time they want to see it, that will take a lot of time.
