I have signed up for the 9.95 per month plan and have a total of 3 accounts. how do i get them linked together?

This appears to be the premium account.
In order to share the privileges of this account with your other accounts you own(submission limits - upload limits, editing forms etc), you need to add the other accounts as sub-accounts on the primary account (gallawayville):

Do you actually want to maintain three different account?
Creating sub account will not move the forms to sub account but it just gives you access to the shared forms. If you want to access all forms from one account, the best option would be to transfer the forms from our other two account to your premium account.
If you want to take this route, we want you to login to your account from where you want the forms to be transferred and then send us the transfer request. This is just for security reasons to validate the account ownership.
