I need to PAY, but you keep transferring me in a circle

    We changed credit cards.

    Link you sent kept sending me somehwere where my jotform log in didn't work.

    I logged into jotform and put in our amex number (to replace Visa number).

    I continue to get CC failed messages. 

    I follow the link and end up at some place called bluesnap.

    I am forced to log in, but I have no login.

    I WASTED time trading about 6 emails with them where I ended up BEGGING someone to just call me.

    They did NOT call me.

    They gave me a telephone number, I called it, I couldn't understand the girl's thick accent, I tried to speak with someone else, she hung up on me. Great.

    Now I am writing to you.

    Somebody needs to CALL ME to make sure we are paid. 

    This is now officially more trouble than it is worth.

    Bluesnap (Formerly Plimus) is the Online Payment Service used to process your Subscription. On your account information. I can see there was a payment to your JotForm subscription on 01-22-2014.

    This is the payment information of that order:

    Invoice #77796936 
    American Express : XXXX-XXXX-XXXX- 1005
    JotForm - Premium Monthly Subscription - 9.95 USD 

    I have verifired that the Visa Subscription is no longer active.
    Your Amex Subscription is currently active. And the next billing date is on 02-22-2014.

    I'm not quite too sure why you had login issues. Nevertheless it appears the transaction was successful on our end. I would advise to use your JotForm Account's billing page when canceling or changing credit card information. Always letting us know through the forum if you have any particular questions.
