Looking at the data on your site, it says you can have 100 free submissions. On the control panel, mine says I have used 4/20. What is the limit?

Thanks for asking. A Guest account is NOT the same as a Free account and since yours is the former, you are limited to 20 submissions. Therefore, if you wish to increase your quota to 100 submissions, you will need to sign up for a Free account.
If you need clarification on this and/or would like know something more about our product, please feel free to ask. Our team will gladly assist you in whatever way we can.

In addition to what Wayne has mentioned, you must register the new free account using the email address used on your Guest account to have your forms and submission data automatically migrated over to the new account. In the case that the migration fails, you can still import the forms, but not the submission data.

I just finish a form and in the testing process I submitted about 56 instances (Sorry I had to do this but the form was not working properly in bringing in the information from the radio fields and I went crazy trying different things until I discover that I had to delete the e-mail form and start it all over again-it then worked like a charm).
My question is, could you please reset the form submissions so I start from zero for this month?

I regret to tell you that we cannot reset your submission count. That would be unfair to other users. If your form was not working properly, you could have asked for help here in the support forum. That's what we are here for.
